We are looking for a **Data Analyst & Growth Hacker** to improve the overall Aptoide solutions based on detailed analysis.This is an excellent opportunity for a true passionate Data Analyst to improve his analytical skills through daily challenges and develop deep knowledge within the Mobile App market in a fast-growing technology startup.

**What are you going to do?**:

- Act as the main Data Analyst for Aptoide’s products, which provide support through extensive data exploration according to the company strategies;
- Develop advanced statistical approaches in order to support business decisions for the Product Owners;
- Collaborate with different teams and build several reports;
- Perform SQL data retrievals from various sources within the enterprise software;
- Ensure that the features proposals and strategic plans follow a growth perspective considering the stakeholder expectations;
- Clearly communicate data insights, findings and results to internal and external stakeholders;
- Effectively uses metrics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making and develop a deep understanding of our industry, partners and customers.

**What are we looking for?**:
***Mandatory**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent field;
- Knowledge programming in SQL
- Experience with Qlik Sense Platform - BI (nice to have)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills (fluency in English)

**Nice To Have**:

- Agile/Scrum development experience.
