Join our team at Kencko and take the lead in establishing our maintenance department. As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and longevity of our machines, contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Main of focus on Vertical Form Fill & Seal (VFFS) Packing Machine and Multihead Scale maintenance
- Other machines maintenance
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
- Manage relationships with contractors and service provider
- Monitor equipment inventory and spare parts and place orders when necessary
- Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Coordinate and plan maintenance works
- Supervise daily corrective maintenance and setup values adjustments
- Guarantee adjustments are recorded and information kept
- Guarantee high asset uptime and utilization as well as quality
- Be able to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot and solve them.
- Train and inform other employees and technicians.
- Document best practices and processes in Notion
- Management of corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Engage in research and budgeting for new equipment and/or infrastructures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Working from our factory in Montijo.

**Experience You Bring**
- Experience in machine maintenance management and performance role
- Vertical Form Fill & Seal (VFFS) Packing Machine Knowledge/Experience plus Multihead Scales experience
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members
- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
- Proactive and self motivated
- Bonus points for expertise in plumbing and electrical works
