**Senior Actuarial Analyst**

**We will count on you to**:

- Request, gather, review and upload client data, assisting in the preparation of actuarial valuations, participant statements and/or client listings;
- Reconcile data and assets from previous valuations and prepare summaries of data, assets, and benefits defined in the plan documentation;
- Perform required financial analyses using proprietary and vended software;
- Calculate and analyze special retirement projects;
- Report production;
- Support your client team on project management, possible client contact, problem resolution, and supervision of analysts’ work;
- Act as a key point of contact for technical and scheme-specific queries received from clients, third parties and other Mercer businesses;
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time and to the high standards require.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in math, actuarial science, statistics, economics, finance or related field;
- At least 2 years of actuarial related work experience;
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;
- Attention to detail is critical;
- Strong problem solving skills & ability to clearly articulate complex issues;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills in order to prioritize and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks;
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients. Comfortable dealing with clients contacts;
- Proactive and goal oriented;
- Strive to achieve efficiencies in ongoing work;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
