ACCOUNTING OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2302LEASO14069)

**About the job**
- Responsible for the Management of the Commercial Activity in the North Region of Portugal

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Launching and accounting classification of General Costs
- Launching and control of Technical Assistance
- Support on the closing of the accounting month
- Control on 1st level of sensible accounts
- Control of third party accounts
- Elaboration of reports for BoP, according to current norms
- Assessment of monthly VAT
- Ensuring reports for INE
- Bank Reconciliations
- Registry, follow-up, accounting and payments of loans and interest rates
- Ensuring the follow up of a few inter-departmental accounts and keeping them up to date
- Proceed with the necessary development between software’s, in order to ensure the quality of data
- Circularization of audit accounts
- Control of the Department procedures

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor or Master in Accounting, or others
- Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience
- Good Accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good English communication skills
- Rigor and Organization skills
- Proactivity and Autonomy
