Senior Manager Global Rewards

We're looking for an experienced and motivated **Senior Manager Global Rewards** to join our People team. This mission-critical position is defining our global compensation & benefits strategy, guidelines, & processes, and has exposure to senior management. The position has one direct report, and can either be based in Munich, Berlin, Warsaw, Lisbon, Milan, or Sofia.

**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:

- Further developing our global compensation and benefits strategy
- Defining guidelines and processes around compensation and benefits in M&A and PMI projects
- Further developing the grading framework (Towers Watson) and job architecture
- Preparing and steering performance-based pay and merit increase processes at a global scale
- Collaborating with the People team to monitor and analyze trends related to compensation within the company and the external market, including supporting the team with ad-hoc benchmarks
- Conducting in-depth analyses to model financial (e.g., cost) and people (e.g., turnover, hiring) implications of compensation decisions; data-driven recommendations for compensation strategy and processes

**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:

- You have a Master's degree in Human Resource/Capital Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance or any other relevant academic background with a desired 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- You are passionate about performing HR-related tasks on a professional level, collaborating closely with all hierarchy levels, including negotiation at senior management levels
- You have excellent analytical skills, and you are process and detail-oriented
- You have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) are a plus
