Senior IT Specialist/team Lead

**Our Vision for this role**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Specialist. You will join a team delivering internal IT services to our company.
**Your current tasks with the opportunity to grow - What will your life at Contentserv look like?**
In your everyday work you have a diverse range of tasks with lots of space for development:
- Plan, develop, and manage all IT services, programs, and support throughout the enterprise (for example: AAD, VPN, Office Network)
- Act as Team Lead within the internal IT department, ensuring a high level of internal IT support
- Install, configure and maintain workstations across the enterprise (including Windows, MacOS and Linux)
- Together with HR, responsible for on
- & offboarding of employees and consultants
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective acquisition of technology purchases; oversee warranties and service agreements
- Perform asset management for workstations, mobile devices and networking equipment, as well as maintain the inventory of internal licenses and track compliance
**Your profile - Mandatory skills?**
- Great people skills, a passion to communicate within the team, with the business partners or with the C-level management team
- Full budget responsibility for the internal IT
- Develop, plan & implement the IT strategy together with the team
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure offering (IAM, AAD, ADFS, AD Connect, Conditional Access, etc), as well as M365 and InTune
- In-depth knowledge of at least one of Windows, macOS, Linux and good know-how of the others.
- Proven experience with patch management best practices
- Good experience in PowerShell
- Speak and write English fluently
**Your personality - Nice to have?**
- Jira and Confluence administration experience
- Hands-on experience with XDR software
- Knowledge of Bash
- IInfrastructure automation tools such as Ansible
- ITIL certification
- Exposure in working within a globally distributed team
- Exposure in implementing ISMS/ISO practices and certification renewal
- Speak and write German
