**Role description**:
As a Swedish Account Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of customer retention. Your daily duties will include maintaining customer relationships, managing accounts, and creating strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure our customers are always at the forefront of what we do.
