**O teu dia-a-dia na SAMSIC**:
Enquanto COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT irás integrar a equipa da Direção de Finance, onde terás um importante e desafiante papel no apoio ao controlo das operações financeiras, na construção e manutenção da relação com os nossos clientes e com as Direções Operacionais, zelando, em conjunto com a tua equipa, pelo equilíbrio e saúde financeira da SAMSIC.

**Nesta função terás como principais desafios**:

- Supervisionar e analisar contas correntes e situações de crédito dos clientes;
- Assegurar a elaboração de mapas de valores a receber;
- Estabelecer contacto com os clientes para resolução de problemas, em particular para assegurar o cumprimento de prazos de pagamento;
- Apoiar os processos de recuperação de contas em atraso e controlar compromissos de pagamento;
- Assegurar o tratamento e organização de documentos documentação para contencioso e respetivo seguimento;
- Executar diferentes tarefas inerentes às operações de controlo de crédito, essenciais para o funcionamento desta área na empresa;
- Contribuir com ideias para melhorar continuamente o teu trabalho, o trabalho da tua equipa e a SAMSIC.

**Tens o perfil que procuramos?**
- Ensino obrigatório completo (12º ano) e curso profissional em áreas relevantes para a função (fator preferencial);
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares (fator preferencial);
- Domínio das ferramentas MS Office, em particular do Excel;
- Domínio da língua inglesa, oral e escrito (fator preferencial);
- Iniciativa e autonomia, proatividade e resiliência;
- Sentido de responsabilidade, método de trabalho e excelentes competências ao nível da organização.
