**Job Description**:

- Élaborer des stratégies et présenter des idées aux intervenants.
- Définir les caractéristiques du produit en fonction des besoins du client.
- Diriger le processus de développement.
- Agir comme principal point de contact entre les équipes et les parties prenantes.
- Aider l’équipe de développement scrum/produit à atteindre les objectifs de chaque sprint.
- Ajuster et améliorer chaque itération du produit avant sa sortie.
- Tenir les clients et les parties prenantes informés de l’état du produit.
- Créer les éléments dans le backlog de l’équipe de fonctionnalités, construire la planification de la version et communiquer sur la progression.

**Qualifications**:

- BAC+3 en informatique ou équivalent.
- Capacité de travailler dans des projets et des environnements multiculturels;
- Expérience de travail avec des outils d’attribution de tâches de projet (p. ex., JIRA).
- Excellentes compétences d’analyse, de recherche et de communication;
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en dépannage;
- Connaissance pratique de la méthodologie agile, des techniques et des cadres, tels
- que Scrum ou Kanban, pour fournir des solutions.
- Expérience en leadership et en gestion.
- Maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit).
