**About the project**:
A successful **IAM Consultant** will ensure that the management and implementation of IAM is aligned with the AAA strategy and infosec requirements;

**Requirements**:
**Must have skills**:

- Over 2 years of experience in IAM implementation and integration with different endpoints;
- Good knowledge of the following technologies (in preferred order):

- Identity and Access Management solutions, with a preference for Oracle suite solutions: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM); Oracle Access Manager (OAM); Oracle Internet Directory (OID);
- Weblogic Application Server;
- Oracle SOA;
- Oracle APIs
- Programming languages: HTML, JAVA, and SQL
- LDAP/Active Directory and other user directories
- Relational databases
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management lifecycle (Onboarding, Offboarding, Mobility, etc.)
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management solutions (nice to have);
- Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese both verbal and written.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the management and implementation of IAM, aligned with the AAA strategy and infosec requirements;
- Collaborate with all departments to meet functional requirements;
- Work with the team, Product Owners, and Solution Designers to define a product roadmap and integration method;
- Monitor daily automated tasks (e.g., Account Creation/Deletion, Permission Assignment/Removal);
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data;
- Define workflows for access provisioning;
- Define and manage the implementation plan;
- Document processes and procedures and keep them up to date;
