**HEALTH & BENEFITS CONSULTING ADMINISTRATOR**

- For the initial 6 months it's required to work from the office. After that, you can opt for the hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 2 days per week.

**We will count on you to**:

- Work closely with the Account Manager/Consultant and their team to ensure seamless coordination and support to our clients;
- Perform administrative and operational tasks;
- Order processing: Managing the end-to-end order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment, to ensure timely delivery of day to day services to the client;
- Oversee and peer review Invoicing and billing: Generating accurate and timely invoices, tracking payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies to maintain a healthy financial relationship with the client;
- Contract management: Assisting in the preparation, review, and execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and maintaining an up-to-date contract repository;
- Data analysis and reporting: Collecting and analyzing data related to the key account's performance, identifying trends, and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making and client reviews;
- Relationship coordination: Collaborating with insurers and internal departments, such as operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination in delivering services to our clients.

**What you need to have**:

- Fluent in English (B2 minimum);
- Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Resilience, proactivity and flexibility;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
