Our client is a company specialized in the construction of large industrial projects. Currently, they are strengthening their team by looking for an Senior HSE Coordinator (M/F) to support their global projects.
**Function**
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the QSE Director within the scope of the objectives defined for the QSE Depart;
- As required, provide HSE support to all company Departments, specially to the EPC Depart. (i.e., revision of documents issued by Engineering Team, Tender development, legal requirements interpretation, etc.);
- Develop and implement an HSE management system for a Project execution phase following applicable company procedures, client, and other requirements (i.e.: local authorities);
- Define and secure the implementation of the Project and/or Site HSE Plan (including the HSE Instructions emission, control and register of the respective HSE control records), in cooperation with the Project Manager and/or QSE Depart;
- Issues HSE documents (i.e., risk assessment; job safety analysis; environmental aspects assessments, emergency procedures, etc.) as per project’s needs;
- Manage the Site HSE Officer tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or bachelor’s (preference in engineering)
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health and Safety training
- ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 training
- Auditor Training (ISO 19011)
- First Aid/CPR
- MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project
- Language skills: English, others (German, Portuguese, French) are beneficial
- Soft skills: target oriented, team player
