Il nostro Client produce action cam, spesso utilizzate nella videografia di azioni estreme e parte del movimento sportivo connesso, considerato uno dei "Top 10 Best Brand Channels on Youtube".

In qualità di specialista del servizio clienti in questo progetto, le tue responsabilità quotidiane includeranno:

- Fornire supporto tecnico a una rinomata azienda tecnologica, nota per le sue action cam, droni, app e software di editing video
- Offrire soluzioni per le richieste dei clienti identificando e risolvendo i problemi con le risorse disponibili
- Costruire relazioni significative, rispondendo alle domande dei clienti in modo cortese, amichevole e professionale
- Soddisfare e superare i nostri obiettivi di qualità del servizio, le normative di conformità e gli obiettivi di produttività
- Creare un'esperienza straordinaria che le persone apprezzino e di essere orgogliosi
- Essere responsabili di seguire la direttive di gestione e fornire feedback

Per avere successo nel ruolo, dovrai avere:

- Livello Madrelingua o avanzato di **italiano (C2)**:

- Livello avanzato di **inglese (almeno C1)** sia orale che scritto
- Forti capacità comunicative - con eccellenti capacità di conversazione telefonica, ascolto attento e spiccate capacità di scrittura
- Capacità analitiche e di problem solving con forte attenzione ai dettagli
- Desiderio di imparare e progredire, essere un investigatore curioso e risolutore di problemi
- Accesso a Internet ad alta velocità e condizioni adeguate per il lavoro a distanza
- **Possedere la cittadinanza dell'UE o un permesso di lavoro valido per il Portogallo**:
