**Welcome to our Team**

The GSS Order to Cash Global Process Owner (GPO) Specialist will report to the OtC GPO Lead and will work collaboratively with a team of around 20 professional OtC process colleagues in the Center responsible for delivery. Organon´s OtC process areas are Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, Collections & Accounts Receivables & Cash Applications. The GPO Specialist along with the GPO Lead own and are responsible for the complete end-to-end OtC process in Organon across all regions.

**Position Responsibilities**:
Organon was established as an independent company in June of 2021 and Organon GSS is now in the process of standing up our Global Service Center.

The OtC GPO Specialist will be a key contributor in standing up OtC Operations in the Center. They will help to build a strong governance and relationships and establish stable, effective, standardized and controlled OtC Process delivery to our GSS clients. Concurrently, Organon is implementing its Global ERP SAP S/4 Hana platform and the OtC GPO Specialist will assume a core role in supporting this implementation.

The OtC GPO Specialist must effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders to own the current and define the future state of Organon OtC processes. The position must identify issues and risks to the process, suggesting mitigation strategies, and drive technology solutions supporting the process. The position will also support the design and build of technology-driven solutions to support OtC worldwide core business processes and enable financial reporting, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA ERP.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related to OtC.
- Up to 4 years of total experience in handling-Order/Service Request-Processing Order/Service Management, Receivable area-Billing, Collection, Receivable management-International client
- Fluency in English. Additional languages valued.
- Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance.
- Knowledge of process management, automation, SAP environments and process governance highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience working in a shared service environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing standard processes and deploying them across a global enterprise.
- Good and broad knowledge about SAP world such as SAP PGR, FI/CO
- Excellent Communication skills and an international plus diversity mindset.
- Ability to think strategically as well as tactically.
- Experience working on regional or global teams. (Valued: Experience of Launching / Standing up a Shared Service Center).
- Experience with Internal or External Audit valued.
- Demonstrated experience working in large teams collaboratively.
- Demonstrated strong math, query, analytical and systems skills with demonstrated experience in data management, MS Office.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls.
