The Expansion Associate will be part of the Global Expansion Team of Boundless Life.
This team represents the Special Forces of the company. We set our targets, we prepare our objectives, we jump in a new market and we make it happen in the fastest time possible. Our mantra is “MARKET IS CLEAR” so all the other teams can start the operations and our members can enjoy our products. We have a CAN-DO, WILL-DO mindset and we work all over the world with multiple cultures and languages.
The Expansion Associate’s mission is to create all the opportunities to successfully launch a new market while boosting local partnerships and sales for our new locations.
- Work with the Head of Global Expansion to scout and identify opportunities in the new market to launch, such as Governmental Real Estate Assets, Governmental Institutions and funding.
- Generate a list of key influential leaders to meet in the new markets and obtain meetings in the fastest time possible.
- Scout opportunities to promote Boundless in events, media, and podcasts locally.
- Support the Head of Global Expansion on recruiting the local operational team and ground team.
- Build and create partnerships such as Local Partnerships: Revenue Partnerships (creating a collaboration and negotiate terms for services used by our families in the new market), Institutional Partnerships (build partnerships with local organizations and institutions for the support of our business in the new market), Unit Level Partnerships (Scouting and creating a collaboration with existing brands to run a potential cafe/coworking/restaurants in our real estate assets - tbd).
- The woman/man on the ground for our company and so we need you to collaborate in support of all the global teams that need assistance in the new market.
- Keep track of the network lead generation and work with the Expansion Coordinator for the completion of our market expansion playbook and dashboard.
**Qualifications**:
- A global citizen with an international mindset who believes in the power of Remote Work
- Ready to challenge yourself to reach objectives which might seem impossible to achieve
- Jack of all trades. Negotiation rockstar. Special Force Specialist.
- Experienced and knowledgeable with Real Estate, Education, Hospitality, Customer Experience.
- Adaptable and mínimal. You maintain the same focus working at an incredibly fast pace.
- Ready to work under pressure and with determination to make our company’s growth scaling to 10x in the next 3 years.
- Proficient in English and you speak and interact in 3+ languages.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of AI Tools is a plus.
- Ready to travel 80% of the time.
