Project Manager for Electrical Water Heaters

**Your contribution to something big**:
Within Bosch Home Comfort, you will be working on projects for our competence center focused on the development of residential electrical water heaters. As part of Bosch strategy to develop and invest on sustainable solutions, this is a growing area that is committed to improving it's products and expanding them to new markets. As a project manager within this team, you will:
- Lead project teams in a cross-functional and international setup;
- Work with Time_To_Market (TTM) process taking products from Requirements Engineering to finished product;
- Assure project planning and tracking;
- Review and report the project phases internally and with stakeholders;
- Use and support Product Engineering tools to ensure product quality and specification;
- Ensure communication and exchange with parallel TTM-Projects;
- Identify risks, create transparency and proactivly handle solutions.

**What distinguishes you**:
**Technical skills**:
- Previous experience in leading project teams;
- Knowledge in project management (phases, knowledge areas, leadership and communication, PMF trainings);
- Knowledge in using Project Management tools to create transparency for team and the management area. PMP is a plus;
- Good technical understanding, with ability to understand complex system development;
- Capable of taking responsibility for project targets of time, cost, quality in line with team members and stakeholders.

- Analytical and structured working style;
- Good and effective communication and presentation skills;
- Active listener capable of promoting fruitful empathy with customers and project teams;
- Pro-active attitude with a problem solving mind-set;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
