**Descrição**:
Eurofirms, a Spanish Multinational of Human Resources, has been a quality reference in the Human Resources Sector for twenty years. He is currently recruiting a CRM Specialist (M/F) for a prestigious company.
- Identify opportunities to increase and optimize the collection of first party data from prospect leads and customers, both online and in store;
- Ability to think strategically and creatively on how to leverage customer insights and competitive landscape from a customer engagement perspective to develop unique multi-channel strategies in line with company business objectives, for each different brand and each different country;
- Support the evolution of the brand’s loyalty program enrollment process by making sure that data collection aligns with the overall customer journey and experience end to end;
- Partner with End Market teams to make sure that the customer experience is continuously updated and optimized for both the customers’ and the company’s benefit;
- Partner with suppliers and third parts to develop training materials;
- Track and analyze KPIs such as data collection, conversion rate, repurchase rate, retention rate and develop strategies to improve them;
- Collaborate with the analytics team to create and update data collection reports, automate them and diffuse them to business stakeholders;
- Partner with IT resources to design and implement innovative tools to facilitate data capture, clientelling and loyalty;
- Collaborate with the SEA CRM team, the brands teams and the e-comm business teams to create a consumer-centric contact strategy that grows database and brand advocacy;
- Ability to professionally present and articulate the business value of projects to a diverse group of users.

**Função**: Técnico/a/consultor/a ERP/CRM

**Requisitos**: - Commercial acumen and interest in consumer culture and a broad spectrum of digital marketing and e-commerce topics;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position or able to demonstrate a keen interest and understanding of the role;
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research design and analysis;
- Experience using online research tools such as survey building or DEM building software preferable;
- Experience using statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, Tableau, Excel to work with large sets of data an advantage;
- Analytical and capable of working with a variety of data sources to identify commercially valuable insight;
- Customer-centric and an advocate of creating meaningful customer experiences;
- Exceptional communicator able to visualise and present insight in a digestible, credible and engaging way to drive engagement and action among stakeholders;
- A detail-oriented multi-tasker with solid organizational and time-management skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Proactive, result-oriented and open-minded mindset with strong interpersonal skills;
- Availability to travel.

**Formação**: - Graduate in Marketing, Market Research, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology Philosophy or Business.

**Línguas**:

- Proficient in English, Portuguese (mandatory) and Spanish (preferable).
