Elevus is a recruitment company and is recruiting for a client leader in the development and manufacture of products based on specialty graphite and composites materials.

We are looking at the moment for na Operational Procurement Buyer - German Speaker to support transactional procurement tasks. The job is hybrid, 1 day per week at the office, at Lavradio.

**Your opportunity**:

- Process purchase orders and follow up on the execution;
- Monitor deliveries and any past due shipments;
- Manage the day to day contact with internal and external interfaces;
- Follow up on issues and complaints;
- Give support in operational tasks and back office;
- Establish collaborative and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers;
- Ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures for purchasing goods and services;
- Give inputs and feedback regarding supplier performance;
- Update Master Data in SAP system;
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems;
**Your profile**:

- Good level of German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory;
- Recognized qualification at university degree level is a plus;
- Two or three years of experience in a similar position within Purchasing is a plus;
- Availability to travel occasionally;
- SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Team work ability;
- Computer proficiency;
- Sharp internal customer focus;
- Extreme organization and efficiency in workload planning;
- Ability to deliver consistently to timescales;
