LEAD BUYER FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TEAM (JOB NUMBER: 2403GSS17937)

**About the job**
- To achieve these objectives, the Lead Buyer
- Coordinate with Group Lead Buyer in order to optimize the handling of purchasing requests and implement the procurement strategy of the category
- Ensures the satisfaction of internal customers in terms of supplier costs, quality, deadlines and service level
- Contributes to cross-functional purchasing actions across the categories or actions relating to the improvement of purchasing processes or tools within the group
- Ensures his/her actions and strategy are in keeping with the Group's CSR policy

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support your clients (French BNP Paribas entities) in their purchasing requests, on an ongoing basis and ensure client satisfaction (quality, costs, processing time)
- Coordinate direct negotiations, risk assessment and contract renewal processes and analyze suppliers’ offers
- Negotiate the best price conditions with the providers and achieve savings target
- Contribute to the improvement of procurement processes and tools
- Ensures and monitor the achievement and reporting of savings, in accordance with the rules of the Purchasing Function within the Group relating to the calculation and reporting of procurement savings

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years of Experience in Administrative Support
- Up to 2 years of Experience in Procurement and Facilities Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack (MS Excel)
- Fluent in English and French
- Attention to detail/rigor
- Client focused
- Organisational skills
- Communication skills - oral & written
- Proactivity
- Ability to conduct a negotiation
