_The Head of Data plays a critical role in shaping the future of Grupo Your, through the successful implementation of data & digital strategies and technologies._

**Details of the role and main responsibilities**:

- Proposing and implementing Grupo Your's analytics and digital transformation strategy & roadmap, aligned with our vision and business goals;
- Lead requirements evaluation, definition and documentation.
- Defining the data architecture model and ensuring data governance, cleansing and enrichment;
- Ensuring the buildup of databases for multi-channel campaigns and the integration of results;
- Generating business intelligence and translate it into dashboards and insights for data-driven decision-making;
- Building advanced analytics models, e.g., propensity to buy;
- Driving innovation and the adoption of new digital technologies and tools that promote internal efficiency and better client service;
- Managing digital projects and initiatives;
- Managing and leading the analytics team;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing & sales, to drive the digital transformation forward;
- Staying updated about industry trends and emerging technologies and making recommendations on how they can be leveraged to drive the company's digital transformation.

**Education**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering.

**Experience and Technical Skills**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc;
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure;
- Familiarity with digital solutions, such as CRM, ERP, Selfcare Apps;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and turn insights into actionable business decisions;
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms;
- Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and implement new technologies to enhance business processes;
- Ability to design an integrated data architecture, combining multiple sources.
