**YOUR ROLE**
**Finance Operations Administrator EUROPE**
Based in Algés, Lisbon (Portugal)**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
Reporting directly to the Indirect Purchase Administrative Manager, you will perform several operations related to Indirect purchases in his/her scope, ensuring their treatment and management.**Main Responsabilities**:
Manage and ensure the administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases within its scope:
- Cost estimates, invoices, monitoring of account statements, participate in dispute management with process documentation and contact suppliers when needed.
- Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, with validation of respective costs center associated.
- Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is justified.
- Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers.
- Key User support for CEVA internal platforms.
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- High school diploma with experience on sales/finance or accounting administrative functions.
- At least 1 year experience in similar position, experience within a shared service environment would be a plus;
- Good knowledge on Excel.
- SAP and procurement tools (will be a plus).
- Language: Portuguese mandatory (Minimum: C1), French mandatory (Minimum C1).
