About us:
We are a young, dynamic, and innovative architecture firm located in Lisbon, Setúbal, and Ericeira, focusing on Investment-oriented Architecture. Our X-Factor combines high-quality architecture with strategic investment insights, offering our team valuable exposure to both architecture and business planning.

**Requirements**:
Educational Background: Current student of Architecture (preferably in the final years).

Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in Archicad, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design software.

Ability to create technical drawings and graphic presentations.

Languages: Native or fluent Portuguese; fluent or very strong English (essential for international communication).

Other Skills:
Interest in BIM software.

Attention to detail, strong organization, and communication skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment.

Work Environment: Hybrid, primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings in Setúbal or Lisbon.
