Qual será a Tua missão?

Integrando a área de Marketing Cliente da FNAC, terás como missão comunicar one-to-one com os Clientes FNAC através dos canais de comunicação SMS e Push Notification, garantindo a satisfação permanente do aderente FNAC, valorizando o programa de Fidelização.

O que a FNAC espera de Ti?
- Construção de copies criativos para Newsletters, SMS e Push Notification das APPs FNAC;
- Participação na construção de ideias criativas para visuais de Newsletters associados a cada campanha FNAC;
- Ativação de Cliente através de passatempos e outras mecânicas;
- Gestão do planeamento das comunicações nos diferentes meios;
- Gestão de relação com parceiros FNAC;
- Gestão de incidências, fazendo a ponte com diferentes interlocutores internos com foco na satisfação do cliente.

Que perfil gostaríamos que Tu tivesses?
- Formação técnica com foco nas áreas de Gestão, Marketing ou similares;
- Criatividade;
- Excelente capacidade para Comunicar e Trabalhar em Equipa;
- Orientação para Satisfação do Cliente;
- Excelente capacidade de Planeamento, Organização e Gestão de Prioridades;
- Flexibilidade, Autonomia e Capacidade de Adaptação.
