**Job Description**:
**Nous comptons sur vous pour**:

- Être un point de contact informatique pour les demandes ad hoc de l'entreprise concernant les systèmes gérés et pris en charge par l'équipe informatique de P&L;
- Analyser les besoins de l'entreprise, en travaillant avec l'entreprise et les utilisateurs finaux pour comprendre leurs besoins et leurs processus;
- Dans le cadre de l'analyse demandée, concevoir la solution informatique, rédiger des "user stories" dans Jira et vérifier la compréhension des exigences avec les utilisateurs;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs informatiques pour;
- Discuter des options de développement et des fonctionnalités réalisables qui peuvent être mises en œuvre;
- S'assurer que les besoins de l'entreprise sont compris;
- S'assurer que la planification du travail de développement est conforme au plan du projet assurer le suivi du travail de développement et rendre compte au responsable de l'équipe BA des questions qui affectent la qualité ou le respect des délais de livraison;
- Définir, exécuter et documenter le plan de tests fonctionnels, y compris les tests de régression, en coordination avec le testeur de régression;
- S'assurer que les équipes sont informées des changements à venir;
- Faire remonter les risques et les problèmes de manière appropriée au responsable de l'équipe BA et au responsable de l'équipe P&L;
- Acquérir et maintenir une bonne compréhension détaillée de l'activité Global Markets, documenter régulièrement sur des pages wiki;
- Assurer la formation des utilisateurs selon les besoins et fournir une assistance fonctionnelle si nécessaire;
- Contribuer activement au développement et à l'amélioration de la méthodologie de l'analyste commercial en partageant les compétences clés, les connaissances et l'expérience avec les autres membres de l'équipe, ainsi qu'en assurant une formation polyvalente;
- Veiller à ce que les lignes directrices en matière de sécurité informatique soient respectées;

**Qualifications**:
**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Une expérience avérée en matière d'analyse commerciale;
- Fortes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles;
- Fort niveau d'autonomie et de proactivité;
- Une expérience avérée dans le secteur bancaire serait idéale;
- Capacité à préparer des spécifications et à rédiger/exécuter des tests fonctionnels;
- Capacité à organiser le processus UAT et le processus d'approbation;
- Familiarité avec les méthodes Agile, en particulier Scrum;
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement où les délais et la qualité des livraisons sont soumis à une forte pression;
- La connaissance de la syntaxe SQL de base est un atout;
- Maîtrise du français.
