**You will be part of**

The ST DO Office ngCoreERP Program team, who are responsible for building an exceptional and very complex digital platform that will add tremendous value for Nokia. We operate as ONE Global TEAM, amongst 1300 stakeholders working across 48 countries on schedule and delivering on budget.

**As part of our team, you will contribute to**

The Internal Communications Specialist will be working with the ST DO PDO Office, helping to develop creative content for internal communications to the ngCoreERP Program, one of the most critical initiatives at Nokia.

Provide marketing communications expertise to all our ngCoreERP campaigns, development, and publication targeting all program´s stakeholders

Work with teams such as Change Management, Nokia brand, and business groups to ensure accurate content.

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Design PowerPoint slides for all the ngCoreERP presentations, including materials for the leadership team
- Contribute to building SharePoint pages and its maintenance
- Help to create content for all the Internal Communications Program, newsletter, weekly updates, learning sessions and announcements on Yammer
- Help with the creation of ad-hoc articles for the Nokia Center
- Helping to proofread all communications before publishing

**Your skills and experience**

Studies in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or any related field. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office specially PowerPoint. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Positive energy, enthusiastic and persistent
- Close attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent presentations and communication skills

**_An advantage (but not required) if you have:_**
- Project Management experience
- Experience in working in a global environment

**What skills we are looking for**
- Be fluent in English is a must
- Good communication skills
- Good level of Microsoft Office - PowerPoint
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
- Experience content writing and creating
- Curious and Innovative

**Objective**
- The Communications trainee will support all activities related to executive and internal communications for the ngCoreERP Program, including (but not limited to):

- Gather and analyze internal information to prepare briefings, memos, posts, presentations, quarterly communications, and other communications materials as needed
- Help to manage the internal communication inbox, handling queries and directing to the correct stakeholders
- Being comfortable engaging and interacting with all stakeholders, including the leadership team
- Track activities and report results about all activities
- Post content on Teams and Yammer

**Profile**
- Graduated students in Communication or Marketing
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a must.
- Good level of Knowledge of PPT, SharePoint, and TEAMS.
- Proficient in EXCEL, WORD
- Some experience with tools such as Yammer, SharePoint, and Teams
- Teamwork skills and team-building skills
