**YOUR ROLE**

We are looking for a Tech Lead PL/SQL (Informix 4GL) to join our teams in Lisbon

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Leading the design, development and implementation of database-based systems using PL/SQL and Informix 4GL.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring adherence to best coding practices, development standards and software architecture
- Carry out code reviews to ensure the quality and consistency of the source code
- Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers and PL/SQL packages to support business needs.
- Optimize database queries and processes to improve performance and efficiency
- Actively participate in the resolution of technical problems and provide support for database-related issues
- Provide training and mentoring to team members, promoting professional development and technical growth.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Technical coordination of the service in PL/SQL and Informix 4GL
- At least 5 year's experience
- Test execution
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proactivity
- Sense of responsibility
