IT Business Analyst / Functional
Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, objectives, and goals;
- Analyze and document complex business problems, processes, and systems;
- Develop use cases and functional specifications based on business requirements;
- Participate in project planning and development activities, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment;
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and testing plans;
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements;
- Experience developing use cases, functional specifications, and other project documentation;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
