**IBS Risk & Business Continuity Manager - Integrated Business Services**
Location: IBS Network

Nestlé Integrated Business Services (IBS) is looking for someone extraordinary to join our team.

IBS is a global organization delivering Operational and Management Services to the Group; its services are delivered through a network of internal NBS centers across the world leveraging common technology platforms and practices. Our big advantage recognized by our Partners is reliability and operational agility that we demonstrate throughout and, in particular, during times of uncertainty and crisis.

We are now working to increase long-term operational resilience, building on the foundations we have set for continuity of operations and establishing solid risk and business continuity management and interoperability across our Centers.

**Position Summary
We are looking for someone to join the team and contribute to shape the future of IBS risk and business continuity management strategy, methods and plans for above market services and the Centers of Scale locations, ensuring the processes in scope are properly de-risked to maintain IBS overall service delivery.

Adapt and transform the existing Business Continuity approaches to reflect the evolution of business risks, as well as the dynamism of IBS business needs is an exciting journey and work in cooperation ensuring full integration and synergies with IBS Interoperability initiatives will surely bring value to the Organization.

The role is Global encompassing all service lines and all NBS centers. It reports to the Global Operations Lead, member of IBS LT team.

**A day in the Life of an Interoperability Lead**
- Ensure global BCM strategy for IBS and enable fast recovery plan, procedure and management guidelines to de-risk operations and reduce impact of major disaster on service delivery
- Support the assessment of Risks and Impacts for IBS and each NBS Center with focus on concrete and realistic mitigations plans and actions
- Manage the governance of the BCM expert network: leading the regular calls, sharing experience and best practices, driving alignment on the implementation of the global strategy
- Conduct regular Disaster Recovery Readiness with Business and Technical Stakeholders in collaboration with IT
- Agree on BCM approach and bring solutions on new types of risks (like cyber security), in collaboration with IT
- Benchmark Disaster Recovery Plan with industry practices to promote agile new solutions and/or new services to the business.
- Continuously innovate and bring the best of the outside approaches to BCM and risk management to IBS. Envision new needs and upcoming threats to BCM in company operations, and anticipate approaches and solutions accordingly

**What will make you successful**
- Shared service/above Market experience ideally having worked in operations in centers and for several E2Es/service lines
- Ability to manage complexity and work in ambiguity and a changing/dynamic/moving environment
- Experience in operations in NBS Centers
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Proven experience implementing change
- Good project management skills
- Experience in working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and networked organization
- Enabling results through others, with a can-do attitude
