**Marketing Manager LATAM (Lead Generation)**

**About the Team & Role**:
**We are currently looking for the Marketing Manager, who’ll be responsible for the following tasks fulfillment**:
**A. LEAD GENERATION**

**1. OUTREACH**
- Compose outreach letters for CPG and RETAIL.
- Send outreach letters to potential customers in following regions: LATAM, MENA and EUROPE
- Optimize outreach processes (obtaining contacts and budget spend)
- Find new ways of generating new meetings for Sales Departments

**2. SALES SUPPORT**
- Attend meetings with potential clients and support sales staff
- Update sales presentations according to market analysis

**3. OTHER**
- Translate marketing material into Portuguese

**KEY KPI's**
- Number of meetings organized for Sales Department
- Ability to take responsibility into one's own hands.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English (communicate with HQ) and Portuguese (perform the work tasks);
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing;
- Proven experience in Lead generation and Sales support.

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of Spanish language;
- Understanding of the specifics of B2B SaaS Marketing;
- Understanding of the specifics of International Startups workflow.

**Terms of cooperation**:

- Monthly income and bonuses for achieving targets;
- Five day work week, full time;
- Work in the international projects using the most modern technologies;
- Freelance contract based, monthly payment in USD;
- Report to HQ Marketing Director and be a part of the Marketing Department.
