Hays Technology is currently looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager, to integrate a Multinational company and to develop international projects geared toward all the IT Department.

**Your new role**As a Senior Infrastructure Manager you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical technology direction within the domain workplace services. Also, in this function, this person will be responsible for ensure smooth day-to-day operation of all relevant services within the area, as well as continuous development of new and enhanced services to support the growth of the company. In this role, the Senior Infrastructure Manager also will be responsible for driving engagement within the digital workplace services team.

Your main tasks in this role will be:

- Responsible for developing clear vision and strategy for digital workplace
- Organize priorities and business objectives
- Build tactical roadmaps
- Transform the IT infrastructure to be equipped to strengthen and support future businesses
- Develops and motivates the team of Senior IT Architects
- Leads the global technology direction in the digital workplace domain
- Builds strong knowledge and community around IT infrastructure
- Collaboration with peers within global IT and with stakeholders in LoB
- Ensure continuous prioritization of task and projects and to ensure value creation for LoB
- Management of vendors, partners with external service providers
- Ensure platforms and capabilities are in place for business requirements
- Supports the company in ensuring overall regulatory compliance by understanding, compliance and execution of all assigned projects
- Support entities during health authority inspections as required

**What you need to succeed**
To be succeed in this function, you need:

- Degree in Computer Science (or similar)
- 10+ years of experience in managing complex IT infrastructure solutions
- Experience in problem consensus building and solving issues on distributed systems and critical product service environments
- Experience in working within regulated industries
- Experience in working with and managing outsourcing providers
- Experience in distributed cloud software deployment
- Excellent influencing and reasoning skills
- Excellent IT Architecture and design expertise within the Digital Workplace
- Excellent understanding in best practices of IT operations
- Strong leader
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong knowledge on:

- Microsoft SharePoint
- Office 365 Digital Workplace Solutions
- PowerApps
- MDM and Asset Management (inTune)
- Collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams)
- Unified communications
- Ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges
- Ability to work independently within area of responsibility, decisions on behalf of the team
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills (to appropriately communicate with corporate executives and technical teams)
- High level of commitment, responsibility, confidently, organization and coordination
- Fluency in English
