**Requirements**:

- Professional experience in the IT industry in the area of recruitment
- Experience in the development of activities necessary to hire highly specialized resources in the area of information systems technology consulting
- Experience in developing a communication strategy for a recruitment target
- Good level of English (spoken and written)

**Nice to have**:

- Willingness or experience in sourcing business development.
- Fluent French

**Responsibilities**:

- Based on an understanding of Crossjoin's specific business needs, develop the necessary activities to hire highly specialized resources in the area of information systems technology consulting, including:

- Elaboration together with Marketing of a communication strategy for our recruitment target
- Addressing the recruitment process with an attitude of continuous improvement fact based, and directed towards the quality and specificities of the resources sought at Crossjoin
- Maintaining relationships with sourcing partners including the negotiation component
- Identifying and obtaining profiles with the required expertise and mind-set within demanding timings
- The expectation is that, after alignment with Crossjoin's mind-set, there will be availability for a mentoring and leadership component of the recruitment team

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência profissional no setor de IT na área de recrutamento
- Experiência no desenvolvimento das actividades necessárias para contratar recursos altamente especializados na área de consultoria em tecnologia de sistemas de informação
- Experiência no desenvolvimento de uma estratégia de comunicação para um target de recrutamento
- Bom nível de inglês (falado e escrito)

- Francês fluente

**Responsabilidades**:

- Com base no entendimento das necessidades específicas do negócio da Crossjoin, desenvolver as actividades necessárias para a contratação de recursos altamente especializados na área de consultoria tecnológica de sistemas de informação, incluindo:

- Elaboração em conjunto com o Marketing de uma estratégia de comunicação para o nosso target de recrutamento
- Endereçar o processo de recrutamento com uma atitude de melhoria contínua fact based, e direccionada para a qualidade e especificidades dos recursos pretendidos na Crossjoin
- Manutenção de relações com parceiros de sourcing incluindo a componente de negociação
- Identificar e obter perfis com o expertise e mind-set requerido em timings exigentes
- A expectativa é que, depois de alinhamento com o mindset da Crossjoin, haja disponibilidade para uma componente de mentoring e liderança da equipa de recrutamento.
