We are dedicated to providing relevant education that empowers students to reach their full potential. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate Academic Support Intern to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
- Background in Education, Tutoring, Communication or related roles.
- Experience in hospitality roles valued.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creativity.
- Desire for continuous learning.
- Possess an excellent work ethic and passion for helping others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication with a student-focused and empathetic approach.
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of students and the academic community.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content creation and student engagement:

- Collaborate with Marketing to create valuable and exciting student engagement activities.
- Develop and conduct workshops tailored to specific needs.
- Participate in the organization of key events such Orientation and Graduation ceremonies.
- Individualized Student Support:

- Work closely with students to identify their academic goals and challenges.
- Develop tailored academic plans to address individual needs and goals.
- Respond proactively to applicant inquiries, ensuring a positive and helpful experience for each student.
- Monitoring Progress:

- Track and monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate in the grading and assessment of students study work and provide constructive criticism to contribute to their growth.
- Utilize data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of academic support programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration with other departments and partners schools:

- Familiarize yourself with program specific policies, procedures and program requirements to provide accurate information to applicants.
- Work with partner schools and universities to ensure a smooth enrolment and educational experience to our shared programs.
- Document any discoveries during external communication to inform the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Regularly review and update SOPs to incorporate any changes in admission policies, regulations or university requirements.
- Note: This is an internship position designed to provide valuable learning experiences. The tasks and requirements may be adjusted to accommodate the intern’s learning goals and the specific needs of the Academics Team
- This role is 100% remote, based on a set schedule from 09:30 - 18:30 Central European Time excluding breaks.
