**Job Overview**

We are a fast-growing company that strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. You’ll be part of the weekly production team and have the responsibility of operating mixing and packing computerized machines, and supporting Packing Associates on the daily routines. Should be seen as an operator, reporting to the shift leader/mixing leader. **Portuguese residents only.
**Main Goals**
- Follow the Weekly Mixing Plan shared by the shift leader/mixing leader.
- Operate and monitor mixing line(s) to ensure efficiency.
- Remove or shift raw materials and/or finished mixing products to facilitate proper flow.
- Operate all equipment (including new technologies) efficiently and safely.
- Weigh and prepare raw materials according to the existing recipes.
- Carefully handle up to 25Kg bags of product.
- Follow manufacturing best practices.
- Comply with hygiene and safety measures.
- Perform proper machine cleaning by following cleaning procedures.
- Follow existing procedures.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure mixing product quality.
- Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift.
- Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
- Work well with others in a team-oriented atmosphere and embody our five daily habits (core values).
- Be accountable for the machine's productivity.
- Follow health and safety rules.
- Evaluate data and evidence, detect any relevant deviations from existing standards, and communicate to management.
- Available to work different shifts and weekends.
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
- Report issues and troubleshooting to an upper-level manager or shift leader.

**Experience You Bring**
- High school frequency/diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing sites.
- Experience assembling and moving pallets.
- Experience reading schedules and instructions (e.g., products being produced, understanding production requirements, production planning, managing changeovers, etc.).
- Must be fluent in English and/or Portuguese.
- Ability to handle random volumes with a weight up to 25 kg
