**Position Summary**

As a
**Project Manager**, you will have the opportunity to lead business transformation programs or projects, manage development and deployments of key priority and cross-functional projects ensuring it delivers value at the required speed to Nestlé value & according to business need.

Your role is critical leading large scope projects and programs successfully from beginning to end, with high visibility and exposure to Nestlé business top management at local, zone or global level. You will manage projects covering multiple business units, with multiple sites in one or more markets.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manages a transformation initiative or technology program to ensure it delivers expected Business case to the Business partner, on time, on budget, on scope, on quality; adhering to established Program and Project Management methodologies.
- Is responsible to structure the program, plan, budget, execute, monitor, control and close it. Takes accountability for execution of projects part execution. As part of this, is responsible to manage program level risks, quality and procurement.
- Leads the program team and is the person that the program level resources report directly or indirectly to for the duration of the program. This includes project managers of projects which are part of the program and applies across Zones/Businesses.
- Develop and administer project plans and budgets; identify project goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, potential risks and mitigating plans and allocation of available resources; and communication.
- Determine and manage project estimates and budgets and make purchasing decisions for project resources including internal and external staffing requirements, tools needed, and vendor services.
- Support program and project reporting and documentation processes; deliver status reports and analysis for leadership on an on-going basis; track and resolve issues; escalate to leadership as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional key stakeholders to ensure project/program management processes are integrated; lead program steering committees with top management stakeholders, program sponsors and manage or attend other governance meetings; act as a consultant for business requests and project/program structuring activities.

**A Day in the Life of a Project Manager**
- Manage the preliminary activities with the project Sponsor to gather sufficient information on the business requirement: From the initial to the detailed cost / benefits business case submission to enable a decision to approve or reject
- Manage structuring phase to enable the organization to size and qualify the required work packages to deliver value associated with the Business Case. Bring transparency on the business case underlying business requirements, assumptions and risk plan, leading to the Project Charter and implementation planning
- Ensure the day-to-day management of the Project through assignment of project work, mobilisation of required resources, monitoring and reporting on key dimensions: work packages completion, risks / opportunities / issues and related mitigation plans. Manage delivery with the Project sponsors expectations and tolerances. Ensures quality assurance standards are applied. Manage timely decision process.
- Ensures the Project output has been delivered and reviews whether the objectives and Business Case assumptions been achieved. Captures Lessons Learnt
- Coach, support, energize and engage the Project Team. Ensure roles and responsibilities are communicated with regular feedback on performance
- Effectively build and maintain internal and external relationships, working with key stakeholders and cultivating a network of experts inside and outside the organization
- Build and maintain reference methods, standards, tools and templates of Program and Project management tailored to the group business domains, deliver training material and courses and on the job coaching.
