**Position: Operations Manager**
As Operations Manager at CESO you´ll be at the heart of our organization, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and effectively. Your role will be multifaceted. Here's what you'll be doing:
- **Service provider database**: Curate a database of national and international service providers to support the operational and logístical management of the Technical Department.
- **Logistics**: Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of external experts and CESO staff, ensuring all travel, insurance, transport, and equipment needs are met, customized for each project.
- **Events**: Assist Project Managers in organizing events, whether they're hybrid or in person. You'll be the go-to person for space management, online event solutions, equipment, catering, and everything else that makes our events a success.
- **Financial administrative support**: Support Project Managers in the administration and archiving of financial documentation associated with project management.
**What We're Looking For**:
- A technological course or similar in areas such as management, international trade, marketing, sales, event management, or tourism management.
- At least two years of professional experience, making you a perfect fit for this entry-level opportunity.
- Proficiency in English, because we operate on an international stage.
- Excellent communication skills, innovation, and proactivity.
- The ability to remain cool under pressure - we value your resistance to stress.
