CORPORATE TRUST OPERATIONS ACCOUNT MANAGER (FRENCH SPEAKER) (JOB NUMBER: 2310SSOP16450)

**About the job**
- To provide a high level service to the shareholders and local HR by answering their requests, ensuring client satisfaction by respecting deadlines and procedures following the BAU

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Contribute to the quantitative and qualitative results
- Leveraging on their knowledge of the market and client business
- Analyze shareholders and HR requests providing them with the elements requested
- Find efficient solutions and understand when an escalation is needed
- Ensure the satisfaction of customers’ demands within the rules keeping customers informed with progress of their file

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- High School
- Advanced (B1-B2) English level required
- Fluent (C1-C2) French Level required
- Communication skills - oral & written
- Attention to detail/rigor
- Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
- Proactivity
- Ability to develop and adapt a process
- Risk Management - Risk knowledge & awareness
