Company in the automotive sector is recruiting Finance Manager for its unit in Santo Tirso.

Your new role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization and providing regular financial reporting.
- Create monthly and annual reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cashflow), budgets and forecasts ;
- Ensure that the financial and operational systems, processes, and functions comply with group policies and internal controls;
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance;
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness;
- Monitoring cash flow, forecasting future cash flow needs, and making adjustments accordingly;
- Monitoring the financial health of the organization by tracking key performance indicators;
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration;
- Previous experience in a similar function;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- Detail-oriented and analytical;
- Certified Accountant is a plus;
