**Role Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the IT team by monitoring and supporting daily budgeting activities.
- Maintains an invoice level understanding of monthly departmental operating expenses vs budget.
- Maintain accurate reporting of actuals and forecast in Capital Management Systems.
- Track the progress of CAR (capital appropriation request) form submissions for IT capital projects.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis of departmental and project expenses for recharge purposes.
- Support IT leads by monitoring project and departmental expenses (maintenance, services etc), escalate issues and concerns to IT Lead Team or Tower Lead and propose remediating actions
- Lead monthly meetings with the IT Lead Team and participate in Monthly meetings with FP&A
- Prepare and provide Capex reports to the IT Team
- Vendor point of contact for issues with purchase orders, payments or other vendor queries
- Assist with raising purchase requisitions for IT as needed
- Point of contact with Finance Business Partners and Shared Services Team.
- Ensure the IT team adhere to Finance defined processes

**About You**
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or finance role
- Degree in Finance/Accounting a plus
- Additional accounting certification is not required but advantageous
- Languages: English (fluent), other is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Tenacious problem-solving abilities to see issues through to resolution
- Strong research & analysis skills to build information to solve issues
- Ability to work equally well as part of a team or individually and manage own workload
- Business and Financial Acumen

**Technical skillset**
- Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables
- Good analytical skills
- Strong organisational / admin skills.
- Knowledge of project finance and accounting (Opex vs Capex, Invoicing, Accrual vs Pre-Pay);
- SAP experience preferred; a plus
- Knowledge of Technology: MS Office, SAP is an advantage
