**Your Mission**:

- Work closely with a broad panel of stakeholders to ensure alignment between the needs and design of our products.
- Facilitate communication and ensure everyone speaks the same language (whether it's visual, technical, or plain English) when defining our customer-facing digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with teams from various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand business needs and find the best solution that aligns with customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.
- Prioritize customers over internal divisions, focusing on the final products rather than interim milestones.
- Leverage your experience in software development organizations to bring value to our team, ensuring that IS/IT changes are properly managed, authorized, and flawlessly implemented through disciplined use of Change and Release Management practices, including documentation, traceability, rigorous testing, deployment coordination, and post-change review.
- Contribute to formulating innovative ideas and solutions for products, processes, and systems.
- Support architecture discussions by providing up-to-date documentation on potential scenarios.
- Gather requirements to build e-commerce solutions and interfaces.
- Document training materials for the product area.

**Requirements**:
**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis or an equivalent position in a relevant functional area, **preferably in the e-commerce or fintech industry.**:

- Experience in digital projects (web, mobile, etc.)** - mandatory**:

- Experience working in an agile IT environment using the design thinking methodology.
- Experience in an agile project management context.
- Experience in effective communication at different levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- Strong understanding of web development and/or SAAS delivery.
- Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and modeling techniques.
- Understanding of product management principles applied to IT products.
- **Fluent English C1.**
