As responsible of the management of emergency spare parts orders for Sidel customers, your daily objective will be to find solutions to find the parts available from other Sidel departments or entities as well as from our suppliers. You will also coordinate with Sidel's logistics partners to deliver spare parts in the shortest possible time. As part of the emergency flow, your main objective will be to deliver the parts as soon as possible by offering impeccable customer service.

**Your Mission**:

- Manage zone emergencies and priorities for parts in stock or not in stock in the warehouse:

- Research the best technical solution to help the customer (with the technical teams)
- Work with the supply department to find the part(s) as quickly as possible.
- Management of urgent and virtual receptions
- Work with Level 2 departments to release or schedule urgent parts
- Search for the optimal transport solution or search for the solution satisfying the customer's choice
- Share quotes and solutions with areas before validation
- Follows the progress of the emergency until the incoterm expires and deals with any problems
- Contributes to the definition of the transport package for the emergency flow
- Establishes and disseminates emergency management performance indicators
- Researches the causes generating significant delays in the processing of emergencies and proposes action plans for improvement
- Participates in the administrative processing of logistics operations (validation of carrier invoice, feeding of performance indicators, analysis of delivery delays, customs management, export rules, etc.)
- Participates in spare parts supply chain optimization projects using Lean tools and methodology (VSM, 5S, etc.)

- Logistics engineer
- English
- Continuous improvement knowledge is a plus
- SAP + Excell knowledge
- Customer and objectifs oriented
- Problem solving mindset
