**Associate Accounting and Finance**

**What you will do**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this role you will be part of the Finance and Administrative (F&A) Team for ELMAC Region, with the responsibility of delivering day to day Accounting and Finance activities for your designated countries. You will be responsible for supporting accounting close, managing finance reports, working with external service providers and global functions for tax and accounting compliance.

**The responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities with the preparation of ad-hoc journal entries.
- Support the accounts reconciliation process.
- Run finance reports and documents to support taxes calculation, tax returns and tax payment processes.
- Run finance reports and documents to support financial statements elaboration and external audit review.
- Perform control validations and testing (IICC/Finance Review of Payment)
- Support with ad-hoc finance analysis, projects, and activities.

**What we expect of you**

**Minimum requirements**:

- University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related.
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in Finance in big companies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal colleagues and external partners
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Fluency in English

**Preferred requirements**:

- Knowledge in SAP and integrated systems
- Experience in other Finance areas (AP, AR, Treasury)
- Fluency in other EU languages (Spanish, German, etc.)
