Business, Data Analytics and Insights Senior Associate

**What you will do**

You, as our Business, Data Analytics and Insights Senior Associate, will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner to Commercial Leadership, offering data-backed insights crucial for driving commercial success. You will be responsible for forecasting, producing budgeting and planning reports, data analysis, market research, and supporting wider Business Units within the ACCP.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Supporting business planning and decision making through financial analysis and calculating scenarios based on expectations
- Contribute to regular forecast cycles including multiple cycles of annual long-range forecast, and short-term forecast
- Present and defend forecast approach, methodology, assumptions, and outputs in team discussions
- Collecting feedback and preparing communication plans to share outputs.
- In collaboration with the affiliate teams define the need of market research projects, and its deliverables, timelines, etc...
- Support the process of design, methodology, questionnaires and serve as liaison between the market research vendors (local or global) and the stakeholders in Amgen affiliates.
- Ensure the internal market research SOP and other policies are followed and the market research projects are conducted in compliant way.
- Ensure that all market research project in the region are properly in Amgen internal marker research tracking system.
- Supporting ACCP continuous improvement activities.
- Supporting wider business units on an ad hoc basis (Finance/FP&A/Business Enablement).

**What we expect of you**

Proven experience and skills needed:

- University Degree in commerce, finance, economics, mathematics, healthcare or related field.
- 3+ years working in a finance/data related field ideally Data and Analytics.
- Forecasting and Modelling experience
- Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.
- Strong Excel knowledge

Preferred Requirements:

- Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.
- Highly skilled in working collaboratively in a team-based environment and gaining alignment across an organization.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in multiple European languages.
