- Project Manager main responsibilities are to ensure consistent, on-time execution of any Smart Working initiative across all Infinity EMEA perimeter
- The team members will work on different initiatives that aim to promote process efficiency and quality. They will support the innovation and develop digitalization, as well as implementing robotics initiatives
- Within Group BNP Paribas Finance Function, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Finance is the department that measures, controls and explains the financial reporting of the Region’s entities, covering a large part of BNP Paribas Business Lines. EMEA Finance is a cross-border organization with teams operating in Paris, Madrid and Lisbon on behalf of the different countries of the Region
- Within EMEA Finance, the Smart Working team promotes a different way of working across the Infinity EMEA platform
- The team focuses on digitalization and continuous improvement as key elements to improve process quality and efficiency, while increasing customer satisfaction and motivation across the Infinity teams located in Madrid and Lisbon
- The team will also support and reinforce the transformation culture across the teams by creating a mind-set of continuous improvement, digitalization and automation
**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support the leadership of the scope on their daily activities or projects
- Perform research and actively support ongoing transversal projects and initiatives
- Support to the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Management, and other related to the management of a department within BNP Paribas
- Develop and own data models, for example in Excel, SharePoint etc., with the purpose of consolidating data, analysing them and reporting them in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions. Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models in a large range of activities, such as budget monitoring, space management, monitoring of the recruitment, results of internal surveys, among others
- Support in preparing workshops or meetings with internal clients
- Support in managing the internal communities, with the organization of events, management of internal sites, sharing of information via mailing list
- Support in following-up and implementing continuous improvement or new projects that benefit and improve the management of the scope
- Support to maintain the knowledge management and audit trail processes
- Support in the yearly budget process and in following-up the budget
- Support in the management of the portfolio of projects within its scope of teams
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Bank is valuable
- Around 5 years of professional experience in Finance and/or Project Management
- Lean methodology experience is valuable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge in BI tools (to contribute to the automation of files and processes) as well as an experience using Business Objects
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Analytical skills, ability to prioritize, organizational capacities, rigour and deadlines respect
- Communication skills (good relational capacities, teamwork and adaptability)
