We are looking for a **Condominium Manager**for the future **Marriott Residences Salgados Resort**, in Albufeira, Algarve.

**Main Responsibilities, among others**:

- Validating the posting of supplier invoices;
- Ensuring the issuance of Condominium Dues Notices;
- Validating bank entries and reconciliations;
- Analyzing trial balances and justifying account balances;
- Reconciliation of accounts between the condominium and the hotel Operations;
- Preparing the Annual Condominium Management Report;
- Preparation of Annual Condominium Meetings;
- Control of the Condominium CAPEX Maps;
- Ensuring the preparation of the owners' monthly/quarterly statements;
- Control of owners' current accounts;
- Liaison between the resort and the owners;
- Meet with the Owners whenever necessary;
- Taking an active part in General Condominium Meetings;
- Ensuring the production and supervising the implementation of the Condominium Budget.

**Requirements**:

- Academic background in Accounting, Economics or Management;
- Academic background in Accounting, Economics or Management;
- Min 3 years' experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience in Mix Use Resorts with hotel and condominium operations;
- Knowledge of SAP 4HAna Cloud highly valued;
- Good knowledge of Office tools, especially Power Point and Word;
- Knowledge of the Legal Framework for Tourist Resorts Valued;
- Proficient knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- Knowledge of models of tourist exploitation contracts and constitutive titles Valued;
- Rigor and commitment to work;
- Capacity for communication, initiative and responsibility;
- Proactive and problem-solving oriented.
