Anti-Fraud Agent - Spanish Speaker in Porto

**Job Description**:

**Your Job Is Great**:

- Review of fraud model outputs
- Review of escalated cases from customer care
- Review of other tickets generated by risk rules / models
- QA - review of model accuracy, review of BPO performance

**Required profile**:

- At least 2 years of experience in trust & safety/ anti-fraud.
- Experience in data analyst/internal auditing role in an e-commerce or tech company is a plus.
- A technical degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Sciences, Maths or risk management is more preferred but not a must.
- Experience in SQL or other data handling tools [Pass SQL test is a must]
- English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills is a must.
- Ability to make sound and logical judgement calls independently when presented with difficult decisions, especially when only partial information is available.
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-moving environment.
- Able to work independently but also an advocate for team player
