Senior Paid Media Manager

MKTalent is recruiting for a company based in Braga, a Senior Paid Media Manager.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage large scale PPC, lead generation campaigns across different platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook, Adroll, Criteo, Taboola and others);
- Manage a team of 3 Performance Marketing specialists with potential to expand;
- Find Opportunities to explore new projects related to e-commerce;
- Improve ROI and performance of Paid media and help overall digital landscape enhancements;
- Report on general performance and help the whole team develop;
- Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across Paid Media and overall Performance marketing;
- Implement & ensure proper tracking and lead attribution;
- Work with CRM to optimize performance;
**What we look for?**
- At least 3 year of experience in managing PPC campaigns and tracking;
- Previous experience with managing a team;
- Having excellent knowledge of Performance marketing areas (Paid media, Conversion rate optimisation, Tracking and how they relate);
- Experience of managing multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously;
- Excellent knowledge of English (mandatory);
- Profile with business focus, problem-solving and proactivity;
- Team player;
