**Your mission**

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Director of Data & AI. This strategic role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring that our clients fully leverage the benefits of artificial intelligence and efficient data management.

**You Profile**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in P&L management.
- Relevant background in leading and delivering Data & AI solutions/projects.
- Proven experience in leading, motivating, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong technical skills in data and advanced analytics.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

**Your role**:

- Shape and develop the Data & AI offerings and its value proposition in cooperation with Pre Sales Team.
- Lead, motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams of Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
- Develop and implement data and artificial intelligence strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead multifunctional teams, providing guidance and inspiration to drive excellence.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized and effective solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and skill development in the Data & AI field.
