**What you’ll do**
As Customer Data Cloud Associate Consultant for our team, you will:
- Solution Design: Work with the Customer stakeholders and customer technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Development and Customization: Implement new features, enhance existing functionalities, and integrate with other systems. Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Integration and Data Management: Design and Implement scheduled batch ETL processes to sync data between the SAP Customer Data Cloud platform and auxiliary systems.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and production incidents related to the SAP Customer Data Cloud platform.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SAP Customer Data Cloud features, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
**What you’ll bring**
- University degree in IT (Bachelor or Master’s in computer science or similar).
- Good understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI/UX customization, and JS libraries such as jQuery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese is a plus.
- Ability to understand and explain abstract concepts in a clear way to technical and non-technical audiences.
- 0-2 years of experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud implementation/sustain projects.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in web services and RESTful APIs for integration with third-party systems.
- Experience with CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) and/or customer consent products
- Basic understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes.
