We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable (AP) Intern to join our newly established Shared Services Center. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment while working closely with experienced professionals & contributing to technological advancements and process improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Invoicing/Credits;
- Collections (aging reports);
- Management of the customer collection process according to the defined schedule;
- Credit Management;
- Cash Application;
- Completion of period closure activities for accounts receivable (e.g., clearing of accounts receivable, reclassification of debtors/creditors, provisions for uncollectible debts);
- Monitoring of internal control systems;
- Development of process documentation.

Qualifications (Education, experience and skills):

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or equivalent qualification;
- Eligible for IEFP internship;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);
- Language proficiency: fluent in English and an additional European language;
- Communication skills and spirit of cooperation;
- High level of responsibility and rigor;
- Ability to work in a team, with a good sense of a multinational company and different cultures.
