**CREATIVE OPERATIONS**

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Technical Photography Lead, you will manage all technical equipment for Photography Studios, ensuring product imagery high standards are being delivered.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Ensure that all equipment is in working order and properly calibrated, guaranteeing its correct maintenance and conservation status.
- Set up and configure studio equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting systems, backdrops, and props.
- Align colour issues regarding the technical aspects for the photoshoots (light, image, studios dimension).
- Guarantee lightning standards for the different studios.
- Execute image tests.
- Guarantee the studio assembly daily or for special requests.
- Define technical guidelines to support Photographers.
- Support new Studios set up.
- Assure an effective communication and the execution of the present production processes through regular presence on the daily team meetings.
- Promote, test, document and support changes in the studios processes in the light of the continuous improvement culture of the Kaizen methodology.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in a maintenance environment. Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and procedures to minimise risks during photography activities.
- Keep abreast of photography technology, striving to update the present state of the art equipment/techniques.
- Assure that all technical resources are conducive to high quality standards in order to assure Farfetch meets the quality standard regards to its product imagery.

WHO YOU ARE
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple photography projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English) and team motivation skills.
- Proven experience as a professional photographer, preferably with experience in maintenance or technical documentation.
- Passion for photography and the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to adapt to different maintenance environments and equipment types.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, to enhance and annotate images.
- Knowledge and experience in production processes (Kaizen, 5 S's, standard work).

PLUS
- 3 years of experience within a fast-paced production environment.
- Prior experience of working with photographers.
- Proven ability to work with large schedules.
- Proven record of managing multiple projects and time constraints.
